Join us every Saturday at 10AM for our FREE community workout. Experience the energy of group training, meet new friends, and challenge yourself in a supportive environment.
First time? No problem! Just bring comfortable workout clothes, water, and your enthusiasm. We’ll provide everything else.

Class Descriptions

Group Functional Fitness

Our signature class combines elements of HIIT and strength training in a supportive community environment. These classes focus on movements that translate to improved performance in daily activities while building strength, endurance, and mobility.
Duration: 60 minutes
Suitable for: All fitness levels

FREE Community Workout

Our Saturday community workout is open to everyone, whether you’re a member or not. This is a great way to experience TruStrength, meet our community, and get a fantastic workout. The format varies each week but always includes a mix of strength and conditioning exercises suitable for all fitness levels.
Duration: 60 minutes
Suitable for: All fitness levels, beginners welcome

Note: First-time attendees will need to complete a waiver form.

Open Gym

Open gym time allows members to work on their own programming or practice skills learned in class. Coaches are available to answer questions and provide guidance.
Duration: Varies
Suitable for: Members only

Booking Information

Members can attend any class on the schedule. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your first class to meet your coach and get oriented.
For the Saturday Community Workout, registration is recommended but not required. First-time visitors will need to complete a waiver form.
