Start where you are and let us help you reach your goals. Typical class runs as follows- Introduction, warm up, skill session, movement review, strength session and/or high intensity interval training and cool down.
Prevent injuries and develop foundational and functional skills needed to perform at your best in any sport. Learn safe barbell and lifting techniques as well as improve overall athleticism, conditioning, speed, endurance as well as power and strength. Programs built with primary sports in mind. Team and small group rates available.
