HIIT Training

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a time-efficient workout strategy that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or rest. Our HIIT classes are designed to maximize calorie burn, improve cardiovascular health, and increase metabolism.
Our HIIT classes incorporate a variety of movements including bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, battle ropes, and more to keep your workouts fresh and challenging.

Strength Training

Our strength training programs focus on building muscle, increasing power, and improving overall strength through progressive resistance training. Whether you’re new to strength training or an experienced lifter, our coaches will help you achieve your goals safely and effectively.
We utilize barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other equipment to create varied and effective strength workouts that challenge you appropriately based on your current fitness level.

Group Functional Fitness

Our Group Functional Fitness classes combine elements of HIIT and strength training in a supportive community environment. These classes focus on movements that translate to improved performance in daily activities while building strength, endurance, and mobility.
Group classes are offered multiple times daily Monday through Friday, with morning classes on Saturday. Check our schedule for specific class times.

Personal Training

Take your training to a new level with our 1-on-1 Personal Training. If you have a challenging schedule, specific goals, or prefer individualized attention, our personal training is designed just for you. Our expert coaches will create a customized plan to help you reach your goals efficiently and effectively.

Team/Sport Performance Training

Our Team/Sport Performance Training is designed for athletic teams and individuals looking to improve sport-specific performance. We focus on developing strength, power, speed, agility, and conditioning tailored to the demands of your sport.
